We all know that there are things we should do more of or less of to make ourselves healthier and fitter. I’m here to provide you with new routes and inspiration to keep improving.
I provide personal and group fitness training in Islington, North London. I can do home or park based fitness sessions or can arrange local gym or studios if appropriate.
I specialise in strength and conditioning, including HIIT and metcon workouts. I have many years experience in martial arts and enjoy training people on the focus mitts or Thai pads.
